Fundraising

As a member of the PA Dutch Council we participate in all offered opportunities to fundraise

While fundraising is not always the most glamourous part of scouting it is a great learning tool for the kids to live the scout law by paying their own way, being kind, respectful and learning to become good citizens in the world at large. 

We offer low pressure selling opportunities typically during the popcorn selling period typically from August to October each year. We do this by running what is called a show n' sell where parents can sign up for shifts with their child and need only bring a positive attitude, Class A uniform and desire to greet everyone that comes by and hopefully sell some popcorn in the process.
